Research Lead

We are looking for someone to lead our research and own what comes out of it. About the role You would own the research function and build it out. Working with the team, you would decide which parts of our work are worth research attention and which are not, scope what follows, and set the standard it publishes under. Your name goes on it. About us We build and operate AI agent systems inside regulated businesses, across finance, health and government. We publish some of the controls behind them as open source. Starting point: verifiable safety for regulated AI. First step: a conversation. Nice to have - Experience in or around a regulated setting: model risk, clinical governance, public-sector assurance. - You built the measurement yourself rather than inheriting it. - Formal research training.
