We are hiring an intermediate Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale our web platform, working across the whole stack from the database up to the screens customers use every day. This is a build role, not a maintenance one. You will take problems that arrive vague — a customer describing something that is slow, confusing or manual — and turn them into features that are shipped, observable and maintained. You will be trusted with decisions, and expected to make the pragmatic call rather than the theoretically perfect one. What you will do Build and ship features end to end. Design the data model, write the API, build the interface, deploy it, and stay with it after release. You will not be handed finished specifications, and you will not be shipping into a void — you will see how what you built gets used. Handle real data. Build the parts that deal with customer files and records: uploads that survive large documents and bad connections, mapping and validation of incoming data, tables that stay fast when there is a lot to page through and filter, and dashboards that summarise it clearly. Get access control right. Design and enforce a multi-tenant structure where each customer's data is properly separated, with roles and permissions that make sense to the people using them. This is the part where mistakes are expensive, so it is the part we will talk about carefully. Prototype quickly, then decide. Put a rough version in front of real users, learn from what they actually do with it, and then choose deliberately between hardening it and throwing it away. Both are acceptable outcomes; pretending a prototype is production is not. Own deployment and reliability. Look after the pipeline that gets your code to production, and instrument what you build well enough that you find out about problems before customers report them. Why join Your work reaches paying customers in days, not quarters. You will have real influence over the architecture and the tools, in a small team wh
